Soo.. here is another thing that ticks me off. I hate it when people do NOT know how to train other people. I was at my local Esso and behind the counter is a older lady (we will call her the shrew) and a sweet looking young (like 15 or so ) the Shrew was attempting to train the sweet young thing. BUT she was talking down to her, barking at her, rolling her eyes and generally just being a big bitch. The poor young thing was embarassed, her face was all red, frustrated and getting pissed off. All the Shrew had to do was explain things without rolling her eyes or being a bitch and I am sure the young thing would have got it. AND another thing.. when your traing someone to handle customers and I am that customer.. PLEASE do not treat me like I am not there. For example.. she says, looking at the girl, now ask him him if he has an esso extra card.. well holy crap just ask me and she will learn to ask the next customer. Then she says now ask him if he he wants a bag? now ask him if he wants a car wash? Holy crap I am right there. I felt like I was back in high school and was having a fight with my girlfriend.. So.. People please get some friggin people skills and learn to trin people with some dignity and respect.
On a lighter note.. We had a great weekend at the Dragon boat races watching Craig (Our son) here are some pics of the handsome lad..(mad?) still me little boy sometimes..

I like how my team all looks grumpy.
I hear you about training people though, Dad. I usually try to make the trainee feel better by saying something encouraging. That usually shuts those Shrews up, stupid bitches.
